How old/young can someone wear patches?

There are no limits on the ages of people wearing our products

What if I have a medical condition?

We always recommend that people with medical conditions check with their physicians before wearing our products. We have never had an incident in which there was any health risk, but it always makes sense to consult the physician first.

What’s the shelf life? 

Each package has a product expiration date on it. We follow a very conservative process in establishing these dates, so the product will easily be fully effective up until the expiration date. For best results always store extra product in a cool, dry place.

Which patches can be worn together?

The only patches which we do not recommend wearing at the same time are Y-Age and SP6. In addition, we do not recommend wearing Y-Age while sleeping, so do not wear Y-Age while wearing Silent Nights.

Are patches safe to wear if I’m taking medications?

We always recommend that people with medical conditions check with their physicians before wearing our products. We have never had an incident in which there was any health risk, but it always makes sense to consult the physician first.

Can I wear patches with a pacemaker?

What if the patches do not stick to my skin? 

Patches may be held in place by simply wearing a band-aid over the patch.

Are the patches approved by the medical regulatory bodies?

Our product has been registered with the FDA and Australia’s TGA as a Class Medical Device.

What do I do if the patches don’t work for me?

Check to make sure you have created the right conditions for the patches to work: 1. make sure you are adequately hydrated (drink lots of water!); 2. experiment with each of the recommended patch placement locations.
